Synopsis

Inaba Yu (Kusanagi Tsuyoshi), a glasswork artisan who has never experienced love, meets Ishikawa Monami (Imai Miki), a woman who has lost her memories in an accident. Monami’s accident occurred during her solitary journey to Yamagata Prefecture in search of Keio-zakura, cherry blossoms that bloom in winter. She remembers neither the accident nor the fact that she has a husband and child waiting in Tokyo.

As Yu and Monami gradually develop feelings for each other – Yu’s first experience with love – they are watched over by Yu’s caring younger brother Hajime (Sato Takeru) and his girlfriend Mukai Anna (Kato Rosa). However, when Monami’s husband Koichi (Takashima Masanobu) discovers Yu’s existence in Tokyo, his personality changes dramatically.
